To gain confirmation of the existence or lack of the same personal data referring to the said subject, even if not stored, and receive notification in an intelligible form. 2. To gain knowledge of: a.origin of the personal data;
b.purpose and process instrument;
c.logic applied where data is processed electronically;
d.identification details of the titleholder, of the subjects in charge and of the appointed officer having responsibility for data processing under art 5, clause 2;
e.those subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data is disclosed or to whom such information may become known in their capacity as representatives, officers or agents in charge of local authority appointed by the government, if this is due according to law provision. 3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a.the updating, amendment or the integration of the data, should the same prove to be of interest;
b.a cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose preservation is not necessary for the purposes for which data have been collected and later processed;
c.the declaration that the operations as set forth under points a) and b) have been notified to the parties to which data have been notified or disclosed, including the relevant content, except for the event in which the said fulfillment is found to be impossible or involves a commitment of disproportionate means if compared to the right to be safeguarded. 4. the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a.to the processing of personal data, for legitimate reasons, that refer to the said subject even if pertinent to the purposes of the data collection activity;
b.to the processing of personal data referring to the said subject and envisaged for purposes of the forwarding of advertising material or direct sales or the performance of market surveys or commercial messages. In short, we collect and keep the data required to do business. Period. At your will we can cancel you in whole or in part from our records (even if this may imply the termination of all business.).
